F.A.S.T. Spring Lacrosse Training

FAST Training for the Spring Break period! 5 days of Passing, Dodging, and LOTS of Shooting, Defensive Stick Skills & Footwork, and Conditioning.

We will focus on Fundamentals, Agility, Speed, and Toughness. Lots of speed training, lots of individual reps of stick skills, and a huge focus on being mentally tough!

ALL positions, and grades are welcome! We will group by fitness and lacrosse skill level so everyone is working hard and pushing their limits!
